The advertisements on Twitch are getting longer, and more annoying. Thirty seconds doesn't seem like much until you're repeatedly missing some crucial dialogue during a D&D stream.

And my language tool browser extension just informed me that "handjobs" is actually two words, "hand jobs".

Only one hour left of work. Then it's nap time.

Snipe IT has been successfully upgraded, and a problem with my LDAP search filter has been resolved.

I can say I accomplished something today.

Apparently they're going to every department, asking people to do this, and everyone is saying the same thing. There aren't enough people to do our jobs now, and you want us to make time to do even more?

This is what is colloquially referred to as "bullshit".

Them: We need you to pick something off of this list of jobs, to help with this task.

Me: I don't have time. I'm already overwhelmed, and understaffed.

Them: We all are, but you need to carve out some time for this. It's important.

Me: I don't have time to carve out. I'm underwater as it is, and literally everything on my list is high priority. I can't bump anything down. It all needs to be done three months ago.

Them: We'll figure it out.

Me: You're... you're not listening...
