So currently Mastodon has a *really* inefficient caching system for remote account headers, and there's no way to prune them.

Locally we're using 150 MB of disk space, but caching 6.5 GB of remote headers and it will only continue to grow. So for that reason I've decided to clear all locally cached account headers. We're running out of disk space, especially when performing backups, so it needs to be done.

Local account headers won't be affected.
